How long have you been keeping aquariums? Around 12 years. I started keeping fire belly newts when I was in the 9th grade, so that would be about 12 years ago. That newt, named Maynard, lived for about 5 years. My first aquarium with fish was a 29 gallon cichlid tank, which I started at some point in high school and that lasted a while. Then when my last cichlid finally jumped to his death, I was considering putting the aquarium action on hold for a while. That didn't happen though... my friend worked at a veterinary clinic and convinced me to take in a turtle. They all said the 29 gallon tank was perfect for him. WRONG. I decided to upgrade to a 55 gallon for Sheldon (seemed huge at the time lol). Sheldon soon started to look cramped in the 55, so now I have a 100 gallon aquarium. Never saw that one coming...

How many tanks do you currently have running? 3 aquariums total. Currently have 100 gallon turtle/fish tank, 29 gallon axolotl tank and a 10 gallon planted tank. In the future the axies will be moved from the 29 gallon to the 55 gallon I have stored away.

Species kept? Red eared slider turtle, axolotls, mollies, platys, hatchetfish, killifish, neons, rummynose tetras, skirt tertras, cory cats, kuhli loaches, shrimp, pea puffer. Maybe more.

Your super power? I guess turtle care. I have been obsessed with providing the best situation for that turtle for the last few years.
